Self-directed training processes: involving personal work and generally supported by self-development guides.

Individual, group or mixed support processes which implies a guided, structured improvement process with continuous monitoring that brings the participant closer to the objectives sought.

Communicative Campaigns that reinforce what is being done "what for", in addition to strengthening the training concepts.

E-learning tools: that support people during the process in such a way that they complement and optimize the learning model.
