The entity managed to position itself in fourth place in the new edition of the ranking developed by the Chamber of Diversity of Colombia and the CNC.
For the second consecutive year, Banco de Bogotá was ranked in the 'top' 10 of the ranking of Inclusive Companies in Latin America, carried out by the Chamber of Diversity of Colombia and the Centro Nacional de Consultoría (CNC).
On this occasion, the bank positioned itself in fourth place, thanks to the work of the firm to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment both in its organizational culture and in its relations with clients and society in general.

In addition, the entity has developed inclusive hiring policies that guarantee gender equality, the inclusion of people with disabilities and the representation of different ethnic groups and cultures.
Likewise, Banco de Bogotá highlights that selection processes based on merit and skills have been established, ensuring that all people have equal opportunities to access positions of responsibility.
