We have been informed about the circulation on social media and digital media of a purported poll of voting intentions for the presidential elections in Bolivia, falsely attributed to the National Consulting Center and improperly using our institutional name and image.

We want to categorically clarify that this information is completely FALSE and has no endorsement or validity on our part. The National Consulting Center has not conducted or published opinion or voting intention polls in Bolivia, on any date or in any format.

We emphatically reject the unauthorized use of our name and logo, as well as the dissemination of misleading information that seeks to confuse citizens and undermine the transparency of the democratic process.

In light of these events, we inform you that we will initiate the appropriate legal action for the misuse of our institutional identity and the dissemination of false content that undermines the reputation of our organization.

We encourage the public to always verify the source and authenticity of information before sharing it, and to consult our official channels to confirm any study or publication attributed to our institution.

We reiterate our commitment to truthfulness, ethics, and methodological rigor in each of our studies and analyses.
