The Centro Nacional de Consultoría S.A. (CNC) informs the public, the media, and its clients that it has not published any voting intention survey related to the 2026 presidential election, such as the one mentioned in the note published by the digital media outlet La Lengua Caribe on October 14, 2025.
The CNC strictly complies with Law 2494 of 2025, which regulates the publication and dissemination of political and electoral surveys. It establishes that those that include voting intention may only be published after October 31, 2025.
The Centro Nacional de Consultoría reiterates its commitment to transparency, truthfulness, and regulatory compliance in all its actions and warns that it will take the appropriate legal and administrative measures against the misuse of its name and reputation in the dissemination of unverified information.
The CNC encourages the media and the public to consult only the official press releases and results published on its institutional channels.
